The CNC department at MSI is second to none. This is the department that sets us most apart from our competitors. With four (not including our EDM/small components department)
state of the art CNC machines we are capable of machining anything from small component molds to the largest
and most complex fascia molds. Half of our machines are high speed 5-axis (Parpas & Promac). This means the highest quality machining of the most complex
features in the shortest possible amount of time. Our CME is the workhorse of MSI, doing all the roughing and boring work. Our Nicholas Correa
allows us to keep the other machines always on schedule doing overflow work. At MSI we are on a constant search for the most innovative equipment on the market,
which allows us to efficiently machine anything regardless of complexity. Our specialty is efficiently machining anything in one setup when others require two or more.
